Broiled Mushroom Caps

Ingredients
- 16 medium button mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons OXO bouillon
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- 1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Instructions
- Clean mushrooms with a mushroom brush. Do not wash as this makes them soggy.
- Remove stems from caps.
- Chop stems and sauté in melted butter for 5 min.
- Stir in OXO bouillon, chives, and crumbs.
- Arrange inverted caps on broiling pan.
- Spoon mixture into caps.
- Broil in oven for about 5 min (watch carefully to prevent burning)
- Serve hot.
