Broiled Mushroom Caps

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms with a mushroom brush. Do not wash as this makes them soggy.
  2. Remove stems from caps.
  3. Chop stems and sauté in melted butter for 5 min.
  4. Stir in OXO bouillon, chives, and crumbs.
  5. Arrange inverted caps on broiling pan.
  6. Spoon mixture into caps.
  7. Broil in oven for about 5 min (watch carefully to prevent burning)
  8. Serve hot.
